The Brew Kettle: Featured Winter Brewery
We decided to start the new year off right, with even more delicious #AllOhio Craft Beer – in the form of a new Ohio Brewery Partnership with Brew Kettle! The Brew Kettle, originally known as Ringneck Brewing Co., first opened their doors in 1995 as Ohio’s first Brew-On-Premise Microbrewery. Since then, they have been committed to producing ales and lagers of superb quality and character, and they have not disappointed! The Brew Kettle continues to grow throughout northeast Ohio, and they always welcome guests to stop by, check out the brewery, talk with the staff and even try brewing a beer of your own
In 2003, The Brew Kettle opened their first Taproom and Smokehouse in Strongsville, carrying over their creativity to more than just the beer! They’ve crafted a scratch-made menu which pairs perfectly with their award-winning beers. Recently, Brew Kettle has expanded to Amherst and Hudson, sharing their passion for slow-smoked BBQ and handcrafted beers to more of Ohio!
Over the years, The Brew Kettle has been sharing their love of craft beer by hosting and participating in some of the most iconic beer events in the nation. Their annual Ogrefest showcases some of the rarest and best beers around, including a few special batches of their own! Brew Kettle also shows their love for their customers with Customer Appreciation Day, a summer event for the whole family with prizes, food, fun and, of course, beer! Plus, Brew Kettle takes part in beer events all over the country, taking home medals and recognition from The Great American Beer Festival and Fat Head’s Celebration of the Hop. When we say their beer is award-winning, we mean it!
One aspect of The Brew Kettle that sets them apart from other breweries is their focus on sharing the brewing experience with all of their guests. Since day one, they’ve been committed to providing their customers with guidance, equipment, and the freshest ingredients possible for them to produce the same quality, handcrafted beers at home! Whether you want to brew your beer at home or come into the brewery, they have everything you need. Their home brewer’s shop offers all the equipment you’d need, plus some guidance and advice from the brewers themselves. If you’re not at that level yet, you can stop into their Strongsville location to learn all about the brewing process and do it yourself! This 2 ½ hour brew session provides you with a recipe, ingredients, and guidance to create your very own batch of beer, a great time for any sized group. When you come back two weeks later for bottling, you can even customize your bottle design. With their satisfaction guarantee, you’ll be so excited to drink it and even more excited to say, “that’s my beer!"
With this new partnership, we will continue hosting Growler Nights every Thursday and Friday, with $10 Brew Kettle growler fills all day long - a perfect way to enjoy your favorite Ohio Craft Beers at home! As always, when you can’t decide which to order, you can stick with a flight of all our Brew Kettle drafts with this season’s Featured Beer Flight for just $10 every day!
