Since we opened our doors at the first Rail in 2011, we've been committed to serving you the freshest locally-sourced burgers. 

In the wake of COVID-19, we're adding to that commitment; we're doing everything in our power to ensure we provide a safe, healthy, and clean dining experience for both our guests and our team members in all of our restaurants.

What You Can Expect of Us
  • Adhering strictly to the Ohio Restaurant Promise

  • Going above and beyond state requirements for cleanliness and sanitization

  • Ensuring all employees reporting to work are healthy

  • Employees wearing masks

  • Strategic table layouts and/or barriers to comply with social distancing

  • Removing condiments from tables and offering single-use condiments upon request

  • 30-minute timers reminding all employees to stop what they're doing and wash their hands

  • Hand sanitizing stations for guest use

  • Continuing to offer curbside pick-up and encouraging guests to take advantage of online ordering for a truly touchless experience

What We Ask of You
  • If you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or have symptoms such as a fever, cough, or shortness of breath, please choose delivery or curbside pickup instead of dine-in service

  • Please adhere to social distancing guidelines by avoiding congregating in common areas

  • Wear a mask upon entering the restaurant and in all common areas

  • If  you are a high-risk individual and do not feel safe dining in, please continue to take advantage of our curbside pickup and delivery options
