Each day our mission at The Rail is to serve fresh, locally-sourced food alongside beers brewed in the great state of Ohio. We search high and low for the best breweries to ensure our customers are drinking quality beer with each pint served. This month we’re turning to the Thirsty Dog Brewing Company for that quality as our Featured Brewery Partner.
The Thirsty Dog Brewing Co. first became a staple in the local beer scene in 1997. The company’s beer is meticulously handcrafted in small batches using the finest ingredients. High quality malted barley is the source of the beer’s sweetness and body. Thirsty Dog uses American and European hops to balance the malt sweetness, and at times to add special flavors and aromas to the beer.
Their carefully selected ingredients, along with specially designed recipes and brewing processes, give unique flavor profiles that are hard to find in today’s mass-market “one size fits all” society.
Year round, Thirsty Dog offers 10 deliciously flavored brews for purchase. However, the magic doesn't stop there. The brewery creates dozens of seasonal and limited release beers all throughout the year.
