The founders, Canton natives, first launched the brewery in 2015 after living in Britain for a couple of years. Even though their time across the pond was short-lived, they fell in love with the beer and food scene, especially the pub culture. So they made their dreams a reality and opened their own pub, right in the heart of Canton.
The owners say they don’t hope to become a national chain, a regional 6-pack phenomenon or even a hidden treasure. They just want to celebrate making good beer while providing and fostering a comfortable place to share it with friends and family.
The inspiration for their forward-thinking beers, of course, comes from brewing traditions in England plus a mix of ideas from their friends in the craft beer industry.
